Our Approach


At Praxis, we’re dedicated to supporting BIPOC-led, migrant, and diaspora organisations, as well as the allies who want to learn how to effectively collaborate with and support them. We offer training for small, medium, and large organisations, tailored to their unique needs and challenges


We know that real change doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why our training programmes run for at least six months, with regular two-hour sessions.This gives organisations the time and space to put learning into practice, build confidence, and make lasting improvements.



Our training isn’t one-size-fits-all. We start with a short assessment to understand your priorities, then shape each session to fit your goals, pace, and the challenges you face. While we cover core themes, everything we offer is flexible and responsive to your needs


Training Programmes
