About Us

Who are We

Praxis Consultancy is led by BIPOC and migrant professionals, committed to supporting BIPOC-led organisations, as well as migrant, refugee, and diaspora communities across Europe, the UK, the MENA region, and the Global South.

Since 2016, we’ve worked to strengthen grassroots and non-profit organisations that are too often overlooked, underfunded, or taken advantage of for research. Over time, we’ve become a trusted partner in driving meaningful and lasting change.

Our team, spread across Europe, brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the non-profit sector, grassroots organising, social movements, and civil society. With strong ties to communities in and from the Global South and experience collaborating with global institutions like the UN and EU, we bring a unique perspective to empowering communities and creating fairer systems.

Mission

We’re passionate about empowering grassroots and non-profit organisations led by BIPOC communities, migrants, and diaspora groups, giving them the tools to succeed and create lasting change. Our focus is on supporting sustainable, community-driven progress by helping to develop strong, resilient leaders who are ready to tackle the challenges their communities face. Through nurturing leadership and encouraging collaboration, we aim to build a connected network of changemakers committed to driving collective growth and meaningful impact.
